NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME IS (FORM B): The simple (D.I.Y. FORM B) calculations are laid out in the “REALTY” section of the website. These instructions will allow you and your family to calculate  THE PERCENTAGE LOSS OF USABLE LAND affected by this watershed infringement. 

(FORM B) will be required approximately (8 WEEKS) following the (FORM A) submission.
