A CHRISTMAS MESSAGE TO OUR PLAINTIFFS AND FOLLOWERS

As the year draws to a close, we extend our sincere wishes to you and your families for a Merry Christmas and a peaceful holiday season.

WHERE WE STAND

Some have asked about progress and timing. While the wheels of justice move slowly, they do move—and they only move on evidence, persistence, and truth. Throughout this year, we have remained fully engaged in an intensive investigation of the Watershed matter. Our own business has suffered somewhat. To date, we have identified, analyzed, and documented more than sixty separate lines of inquiry, each requiring careful examination of records, policies, correspondence, and decision-making processes.  Got stuck in a few rabbit holes.

We have not been idle. It has been deliberate, exhaustive, and necessary.

The Manufactured “Them vs. Us” Divide

The unfortunate “them versus us” narrative surrounding this matter did not arise organically from the community. It was created and reinforced by the actions and posture of Severn Township Council.

Rather than engaging openly with residents, Council conduct fostered division, defensiveness, and opacity. This has raised serious questions about what Council knew, when they knew it, and how the scale, cost, and consequences of these actions were justified.

Conduct That Demands Accountability

Based on the evidence reviewed to date, there is a compelling basis to scrutinize whether Council and associated actors departed from established policies, failed to act on known risks, and exposed residents to significant costs without lawful justification.

Omitting To Help Us Contact Taxpayers Says It All

We are in the process of applying to a judge for subpoenas requesting council to release the denied information of all Severn watershed affected Landowners.
