COURT EVIDENCE

This court evidence and pleading binder is a notice of liability. It is unserved at this time due to council's refusal to release the documents in order to notify Severn plaintiffs of the ongoing class action. We are waiting for our lawyers to swear to the document and obtain an order to cause the release of required information for court.
