Dear Candidate,
We invite your personal response to our Inquiry into IGAP planning and its effects on private landowners. Our purpose is to identify candidates whose written submissions demonstrate support for landowner recognition and notification.
OUR INTENT: A FAIR OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERY CANDIDATE. The same questions and assessment criteria apply to everyone. Confidential submissions will substantiate our H.R. recommendations. With your permission, only your name will appear on our recommendation list. Your submission will remain confidential, subject to disclosure required by law.
You do not need to agree with every concern raised in our investigation to support informed landowners.

If yes, please briefly identify when and how. We do not need residents' names or private contact information.

Please describe the step you would take and when.
4. May we identify you on our recommendation list?
May we publish only your name on our list of candidates recommended for supporting landowner recognition and notification, if your confidential submission supports that assessment and recommendation? Please answer YES or NO.

Your submission will remain confidential
Your email and supporting material will be retained in confidential Inquiry records, solely to substantiate and document our H.R. assessment and any resulting recommendation.
We will not publish, quote, summarize, forward, or otherwise disclose your submission, except where disclosure is required by law. Permission to publish your name does not authorize disclosure of anything you send us.
This confidentiality commitment applies whether or not you receive a recommendation and whether you answer YES or NO to publication of your name.
