1. OUR THANKS TO THE LEGION STAFF — A HEARTFELT REFLECTION
Our thanks to the Legion staff for Monday’s meeting. There is a sad irony in meeting where we honour those who sacrificed for freedom, while landowners are still asking for the facts needed to question government decisions.
We honour that sacrifice by keeping those freedoms alive.

2. PROF. LEX’S ASSESSMENT — ELECTION-TIME MAPPING ERRORS, DEVELOPMENT HOLDS AND WHO PAYS
This assessment examines the public records concerning mapping corrections, proposed development holds and public legal spending. It asks who checked the evidence, who notified affected owners, and who should pay to correct an established error and any proven loss. The case-authorities appendix provides a starting point for independent research.

3. PROF. LEX’S HOUSEKEEPING PORTFOLIO — TAX TIME IS ACCOUNTABILITY TIME
This founding issue sets out an annual landowner review of assessments, planning restrictions, permitted uses, supporting evidence and correction costs. It includes a practical checklist and questions for candidates. Tax relief, reimbursement and compensation each require their own evidence and lawful route.
4. INDEPENDENT NOTICE TO ALL MUNICIPAL CANDIDATES
DENYING LANDOWNERS THE FACTS DENIES THEM A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO ASK INFORMED QUESTIONS.
Landowners should be able to examine the evidence, understand the authority, and question decisions affecting their property.
Will you support access to the relevant records and clear, documented answers? If information cannot lawfully be disclosed, explain the reason.
